Ethics

The Delta Companies Inc. and its employees are committed to “doing the right thing in the right way.” Each day, we reinforce this aspect of our culture to ensure this approach takes precedence over short-term profits or simple convenience. To achieve this end, we avoid any actions or activities that might call into question our reputation, integrity, or impartiality.

In all dealings with third parties, clients, and suppliers, we will keep our word and fulfill our agreements. Likewise, we are committed to delivering our products and services on time, within budget, and according to our customers’ requirements and specifications. Finally, the Delta Companies and its employees will comply with the letter and the spirit of all laws and regulations affecting our businesses.

All of our people must ask questions and promptly raise any concerns they might have regarding any proposed course of action. If something does not seem right, we expect our employees to speak up. Delta Companies provides its employees with several options to report their concerns. Of course, we always encourage employees to speak directly to their supervisor. They may also contact the Delta Companies Ethics Compliance Officer or the Colas USA Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. For those situations in which anonymity is desired, our reporting hotline is available. All calls are confidential and the caller’s anonymity will be maintained.
